Please, please, please do some study this weekend! We have had numerous lessons studying for this exam and a little bit more effort this weekend can change that C to a B or an A.
From what I have seen in class you need to focus on 6B on page 181. These questions use the F-Rule, Z-Rule, U-Rule, X-Rule and the straight line rule. Most people are fine with this once they see the letter in the question and I feel with practice we can all do this easily.
In today’s lesson we completed questions 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 from page 212. This covered all you need for geometry. I had planned to do more indices work but most people didn’t reach that. Could you please complete questions 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 from page 236. In this work people are struggling with remembering the laws, particularly when involving brackets and larger division questions.
Pleas refer to the post below which has my revision sheet summarising the rules you need and the work I demonstrated on the board. This will help you get a better grade! I completed some harder indices questions so they are really worth looking at.
